Sale 2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu Alcoholic Wine, 750ml Ingredients Brands|Drinks

NON2 non-alcoholic wine is flavoured with kombu and caramelised pears. It’s a delicious alternative to sparkling wine. Serve it chilled with snacks before dinner.

Verjus (unripened grape juice) gives the drink a wine-like acidity. Roasted pears deliver mellow sweetness which is balanced by a hint of salt. Kombu is a clever addition, rounding out the flavours and adding subtle minerality.

This zero proof wine has a buttery texture that will delight non-drinkers. It’s a great match for roast chicken or an after-dinner cheese board. You can also serve it with fruity desserts like Eton Mess.
