Organic sour cherries have a mouth-puckering sweet-tart flavour. Rich in antioxidants, they’re great for cooking, baking and snacking.

Dried sour cherries hold their shape when cooked, so you can use them in all sorts of recipes. They add tangy, fruity notes to granola bars, muffins and cookies. Cherries are a great match for creamy white chocolate. Try mixing them into ice cream to add sour cherry zing.

Sour cherries can also be cooked down to make syrups and sauces. Drizzle the sauce over vanilla cheesecake or pair the syrup with bourbon to make a cherry sour.

In the Middle East, sour cherries are added to pilafs and lamb meatballs. Their sweet-sour taste complements the richness of minced lamb.
