Hot Dried Ginger, 1kg Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Pariani’s dried ginger makes a fantastic decoration for cakes, desserts, or just for snacking!

These ginger slices are part of Pariani’s ‘Origins’ range. For this range, Pariani has travelled the world to find the best fruits nature has to offer. Ginger from Thailand is peeled, sliced and dehydrated – this preserves the sweet, fiery flavour and gives a chewy texture.

Finely chop the dried ginger and use to garnish fruit cakes, stir through ginger cake batters, or enjoy the slices as they are.

This 1kg selection is ideal for professional kitchens.
