Clearance Organic Walnut Oil, Cold Pressed, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Cold pressed organic walnut oil has a complex flavour that is intensely nutty with notes of earthy bitterness. With its deep gold colour and wonderful aroma of toasted walnuts, it’s a versatile oil for keen cooks to experiment with. It can be used in baking for nutty cakes and cookies or in dressings for salads and roasted root vegetables. The oil’s nuttiness is mellow and not overpowering – ideal for drizzling over smooth soups, pasta and strong cheeses.

The oil is made from specially selected walnuts which are chopped, roasted and then pressed for over three hours. This lengthy extraction process preserves their natural flavour and aroma. The golden oil is then filtered and bottled, ready to be used in your kitchen.
