Clearance Mini Chilli Salami, 200g Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Spice up your charcuterie board with Salcis mini chilli salami. Produced near Siena, this snack is made with premium Italian ingredients. The slow, natural curing process gives the salami a firm and satisfying texture.

Chilli is a great match for the rich taste of cured pork. It gives it a subtle kick without overwhelming the meat. Serve the salami at room temperature to appreciate its bold flavour. We like to slice it thinly and pair it with bread and Italian cheeses.

Enjoy Salcis chilli salami with a glass of Chianti. Or, take it on a picnic to snack on in the sunshine. If there’s any leftover, chop it up and add it to a pasta sauce.
