Clearance Intense Blue Lagoon Food Colour, 50g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Colour cakes and macarons with Deco Relief’s intense Blue Lagoon food colour. The powder is highly concentrated and water soluble. The vibrant shade of turquoise is perfect for under-the-sea and mermaid-themed cakes.

This range of food colours was developed by Stéphane Klein, the World Champion sugar-craft artist. He makes spectacular sculptures from coloured and blown sugar in his studio in Belfort, France.

For maximum effect, dilute the powder in water before use. 1 teaspoon of colouring with 1 teaspoon of water will colour 2kg of sugar.

Déco Relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France. Use them at home to give cakes, macarons and desserts a professional finish. The range includes velvet sprays, edible glitter and food colours in beautiful vibrant shades.

Store in a cool, dry place.
