Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Cactus Tin, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Frantoio Muraglia extra virgin olive oil in a cactus tin is a fabulous gift for food lovers. Produced in Puglia, the oil has an intensely fruity flavour with vegetal notes and a spicy finish.

It has a beautiful green-gold colour and aromas of dill, artichoke and fennel. Serve it as a dip for warm bread and watch it disappear in minutes! The colourful cactus tin will look fantastic on a shelf or countertop, adding a splash of colour and a Mediterranean vibe to your home.

The extra virgin olive oil is made from cold-pressed Coratina olives – a variety native to the Apulia region of Italy, where the Frantoio Muraglia olive groves are located.

Coratina olives are unique in that they contain three times more antioxidant polyphenols than any other Italian olive variety. This gives the oil its intense flavour, with spicy notes and hints of astringency.

You can use this flavourful Italian oil to make dressings, sauces and marinades for meat and fish. It’s delicious on raw and roasted vegetables and makes a great base for a tomato sauce or meaty ragu. Frantoio Muraglia recommends drizzling the oil over salads and rustic bean soups.
