Sale Single Varietal Ogliarola Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Guglielmi’s Ogliarola extra virgin olive oil has a smooth, fruity flavour with just a hint of bitterness. It is made exclusively from Ogliarola olives, one of the most famous olive varieties grown in Puglia. The specially selected olives are pressed at very low temperatures to preserve their delicate flavour.

Ogliarola olive oil has a wonderfully fresh aroma with hints of almond and jasmine. The subtle, gently spicy flavour will enhance a dish of roasted vegetables or sea bream baked with lemon and garlic. Try adding a drizzle to rocket salads or orecchiette with a light tomato sauce.

This premium olive oil is presented in a white bottle with a colourful floral illustration. It will add a touch of Italian elegance to any kitchen, whether you’re giving it as a gift or keeping it for yourself.

This oil is part of Olio Guglielmi’s ‘Le Monocultivar’ range, which showcases three native Apulian olive varieties: Coratina, Ogliarola and Peranzana. The olives are pressed within two hours of harvesting, resulting in a premium quality extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavour. Each bottle is a celebration of the region’s culinary heritage.
