Frantoi Cutrera Primo PDO Monti Iblei Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in two sizes:

• 500ml
• 3L

Primo extra virgin olive oil is made with Tonda Iblea olives. These are native to the Hyblaean Mountains in south-east Sicily. They are picked during the first harvest of the year for maximum freshness and flavour.

Bright green in colour, the oil has a grassy aroma. On the palate, it’s smooth and full-bodied. There are notes of fresh herbs and ripe tomato, followed by a spicy finish. Primo’s intensity is perfect for anyone who enjoys a bold, fruity EVOO.

Use this outstanding olive oil in your favourite Mediterranean recipes. It can stand up to the strong flavours of red meat and tomato sauces. Try swirling it over grilled sardines and bowls of pasta alla Norma.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
