Outlet Truffle Fettuccine Pasta, 500g Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Filotea’s dried fettuccine is flavoured with black truffle. Silky and aromatic, it turns everyday dinners into something indulgent and luxurious. Toss it with butter and sautéed mushrooms for a restaurant-worthy meal that’s ready in minutes.

The wide, flat ribbons trap sauces so that each bite is full of flavour. The taste and aroma of black truffle will take a classic carbonara to new heights. Enjoy this pasta on its own or as a show-stopping side dish for fillet steak.

Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Store in a cool, dry place.
