Outlet Puglian Olive Oil with Oregano in Terracotta Bottle, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

This Puglian olive oil with oregano in a terracotta bottle is a beautifully balanced herbal flavour of Galantino’s finest Medio olive oil. This oil is smooth and fruity with a peppery lingering kick, which is beautifully complemented by the fragrant and gentle bitter notes of oregano. It is well-balanced with layers of flavour.

The olives in this oil originate from one of Italy’s oldest growing regions, and Galanatino still use traditional cold-pressed methods that have passed down through generations. The oil comes in a stunning hand-painted bottom depicting the central flavour – a piece of art to treasure long after you have enjoyed the last drop.

Finish a sourdough pizza with a drizzle of this oil for authentic Italian flavours, or drizzle over creamy burrata or grilled seafood. It makes great aromatic dressings or vinaigrettes – toss through crisp rocket leaves and top with nutty parmesan for a simple and delicious side.

How to open

These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle’s cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
