Outlet Nocellara Del Belice Monocultivar PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Drizzle Nocellara del Belice PGI olive oil over carpaccio and caprese salads. Produced by Frantoi Cutrera, this is a single origin oil produced in Sicily.

Nocellara del Belice olives produce a medium fruity oil with low acidity. They are one of the oldest native Sicilian cultivars. Expect notes of almond, artichoke and green tomato.

Taste the olive oil on its own to enjoy its complexity. EVOO enthusiasts will enjoy its persistent bitter and spicy notes. There is a hint of sweetness and a fresh, grassy aroma.

Extra virgin olive oil turns simple ingredients into something special. Add a splash of this fruity Sicilian oil to salads and platters of grilled fish. It’s fantastic with tomatoes and dishes made with beans and lentils.

Frantoi Cutrera olive oil can be used for roasting, grilling and sautéing. Mix it with garlic and fresh herbs to marinate chicken or pork. Or, drizzle it over courgettes on the barbecue.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
