Make rich, chocolatey desserts with Cacao Barry’s Plein Arome cocoa powder. It’s made from sustainably sourced West African cocoa beans.

The fine, dark brown powder contains no added sugar. It delivers a rounded chocolate flavour with notes of milk and caramel. It’s a must-have ingredient for cakes, cookies and brownies.

Try this recipe for vegan chocolate and chilli cake.

Plein Arome cocoa powder has a fat content of 22-24%. This high fat content creates a more rounded mouthfeel and less astringent flavour. The ultra-fine texture guarantees consistent colour and better flavour release.

This cocoa powder is a great option for bakers and chocolatiers. The rich, chocolatey flavour turns everyday desserts into something extra special. You can get creative with unexpected flavour pairings. The milky, caramel notes work beautifully with nuts, vanilla, coffee and popcorn.

Try adding cocoa powder to your chilli con carne. It adds depth and complexity without making your chilli taste sweet.

This 1kg bag is ideal for commercial kitchens. The packaging is resealable and recyclable.
