New Bombom Korean Ssamjang Seasoned Soybean Sauce, 200g Ingredients Brands|Korean Ingredients

BomBom Market’s Ssamjang sauce is the BBQ marinade your cooking is missing. This rich Korean sauce is packed with earthy, nutty flavours and just the right amount of kick to complement but not overpower any meats or vegetables.

BomBom Market’s Ssamjang sauce combines the fermented soybean base that adds its distinctive umami flavours with gentle chilli. They then add their secret ingredient – a hint of vegan mayo – for the perfect tangy and texture. Their twist on this Korean pantry staple makes it irresistibly moreish.

Ssamjang is traditionally used as a marinade for Korean BBQ meats, but this sauce is also a versatile ingredient to add instant rich flavour to any dish. Stir a spoonful through noodles for an easy meal that packs bold flavour, or use to enrich a tomato stew with warm heat.
