New Black Vinegar, 360ml Japanese Ingredients|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Rinkosan black vinegar adds mild acidity and a hint of smokiness to salad dressings and grilled meats. The vinegar is brewed using only rice and water, following a process similar to brewing sake to get a rich aroma.

In Japan, many people enjoy vinegars like this as a drink or tonic. Dilute 1-2 tablespoons of Rinkosan black vinegar with 250-300ml water, and add honey to taste.

The Rinkosan black vinegar is a great dip for Asian-style dumplings. Mix with a little grated ginger and soy sauce and serve with gyoza.
