Nettare Honey Nduja Cream, 120g Italian Ingredients|Snacks

This spicy, spreadable cream is made with ‘nduja and wildflower honey. It marries natural sweetness with the bold flavour of Calabrian ‘nduja.

Toss ‘nduja cream with cooked spaghetti for a quick supper. It coats the strands, turning them an appetising shade of crimson. Add a squeeze of lemon and top with grated Parmesan.

‘Nduja di Spilinga is a spicy, soft salami from Calabria, Italy. It’s made with minced pork, lard and Calabrian chilli peppers. In this sauce, honey’s mellow sweetness tames some of its fire.

‘Nduja cream is bursting with Italian flavour. Try spreading it on crackers or toasted bread. You can add cooling burrata and roasted red peppers. It’s fantastic on pizza bases, in toasted sandwiches and pasta sauces.

Add a spoonful to your mac ‘n’ cheese to give it a Calabrian twist. Top with basil and crunchy breadcrumbs and wait for the compliments to roll in!

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within a few weeks.
