Hot Trout Fillets in Pickled Sauce, 120g Ingredients Brands|Tinned Fish & Seafood

ABC+ trout fillets are canned in a dill and pickle sauce. It’s produced in Portugal but inspired by Nordic flavours. The fish is prepared by hand to preserve its quality and texture.

The creamy sauce is flavoured with tangy pickles and aromatic dill. Mustard and lemon juice add bite and citrus zing. This is unlike any tinned fish you’ve tried before! Enjoy it straight from the can or with crackers and crostini.

Tinned trout is perfect for fast, healthy lunches. You can serve it on top of quinoa, lentils or rice. With its lively, herby flavour, it will be the star of salads and grain bowls.

Blend any leftovers with crème fraîche to make a creamy dip. It’s delicious with crudités or spread on crostini as a pre-dinner nibble. Top with chopped pickles and serve with sparkling wine.
