Hot Raspberry Powder, 45g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Decorate puddings and patisserie with Mill & Mortar’s raspberry powder. Deep pink in colour, it captures the sweet, tart flavour of the summer fruit.

Use raspberry powder to add colour and fruity flavour to your desserts. You can use it as a decorative finishing touch or as an ingredient while baking. The vibrant powder turns sponge cakes and icing a beautiful shade of pale pink.

The powder is made with freeze dried raspberries for the most intense flavour. It’s a great way to decorate cupcakes, macarons and ice cream. Try adding a sprinkle of the fruity dust to homemade truffles. The tangy taste is a great match for creamy white chocolate.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
