Hot Organic Flaming Dust BBQ Rub, 50g Ingredients Brands|American Ingredients

Marinate pork and chicken in Mill & Mortar’s Flaming Dust BBQ rub. The sweet and smoky spices are perfect for ribs, wings and slow cooked pork belly.

Combine 1.5 teaspoons of Flaming Dust with 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. Rub it into your meat and leave to marinate for a few hours before grilling or smoking. The spice blend will give the meat that smoky, barbecued flavour, no matter how you cook it.

Flaming Dust combines ginger, oregano and smoked paprika with the anise notes of fennel and liquorice powder. Chilli adds a subtle heat that rounds out the other flavours. Once you taste the results, you’ll see why this BBQ rub is so popular. It won first prize in the ‘Best Grill Rub’ category at the Danish BBQ Championship.

Use this organic BBQ rub to marinate pork shoulder, brisket and chicken thighs. Or, mix with butter to baste sweetcorn on the grill. It gives grilled veggies a fantastic smoky flavour.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
