Hot Hoisin Sauce, 455ml Southeast Asian Ingredients|Chinese Ingredients

Flying Goose hoisin sauce is a popular sweet and sticky condiment for southeast Asian duck and pork dishes. Rich and thick, the sauce is equally good straight from the bottle or cooked into stir fries.

Hoisin sauce has an umami depth from soybean paste, with sweetness from sugar and added complexity from sesame oil and star anise. The sauce is perhaps most widely used with Chinese duck dishes. Also try using it as a glaze for pork, or even serve as a condiment with pho. Flying Goose hoisin sauce is also a great dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls.

Flying Goose is one of Thailand’s favourite brands. They are most famous for their sriracha, and have now turned their expertise to other condiments like hoisin sauce and sriracha mayonnaise.
