Hot Hacienda el Palo Premium Picual Ecological Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml Spanish Ingredients|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Transform everyday meals with Hacienda el Palo organic extra virgin olive oil. This premium Spanish EVOO is made from picual olives, harvested at peak ripeness. It’s fruity and full-bodied with a long-lasting peppery finish.

Hacienda el Palo olive oil is cold extracted to preserve the natural flavours and aromas. Oil connoisseurs will love its subtle bitterness. On the nose, you can detect aromas of grass, tomato and almond.

Ideal for gifting, this organic olive oil is versatile and full of flavour. It has a high smoke point, so you can use it to fry prawns or padron peppers. Mix it with garlic and fresh herbs to make a marinade for meat and seafood.

Use organic olive oil as a finishing touch for gazpacho and grilled fish. Or, simply swirl it over your favourite salad leaves. You can use it as a base for Spanish dishes like gambas al ajillo or arroz negro.
