Hot Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder, 100g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

ZingyZoo’s freeze-dried strawberry powder is ideal for flavouring and colouring macarons, ice cream, mousses and ganaches. Made with no additives, fresh raspberries are freeze-dried under a vacuum and then blended to a fine powder. This not only preserves the nutritional content, but the delicious flavour and bright, striking colour.

Use this raspberry powder to add intense pink fruitiness to any dessert. The lack of water content preserves the balanced texture of recipes. Sprinkle over finished cakes for beautiful decoration. Try in cocktails! A delicate rim around a cosmopolitan glass adds a burst of fruity flavour to every sip.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.
