Hot Cult Ingredient Collection Recipe Kits|Ingredients Brands

We’ve picked the top 10 ingredients at Sous Chef that are staples in chefs’ store-cupboards this year.

You’ll find ingredients from Acquerello risotto rice, lauded by Heston Blumenthal as the world’s best risotto rice, to Perello olives that fly off the shelves as quickly as we can replace them, and Forvum Chardonnay vinegar, served not only at Thomas Keller’s French Laundry but also every Nobel Prize winners’ dinner.

Everything comes packed together in one of our copper-metallic printed drawstring gift bags.
