Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Cooking, 750ml Oil, Vinegar & Dressings|Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Glug olive oil ‘for Cooking’ comes in a handy squeezy bottle – ideal for keeping behind the stove for oiling pans and shallow-frying.

Made in Spain, it’s super-fresh and packed with polyphenols. You can use it for frying, roasting, marinades and more.

With it’s cult bottle design – Glug is the super-trendy olive oil to display in your kitchen for 2025.

The squeezy bottle directs the oil exactly where you want it. It won’t drip or spill while you cook, making week night cooking a breeze. Add a splash to your pan to fry an egg or sauté onions. You can also drizzle it over meat and vegetables before roasting and grilling.

This single origin olive oil has a fruity, full-bodied flavour. Mix it with garlic and herbs to make Mediterranean marinades. Or, use it as a base for soups and tomato sauce.

If you’re looking for a finishing oil, check out Glug’s EVOO for drizzling.

Glug extra virgin olive oil comes from Jaén in Andalusia, Spain. This region is often called the ‘world capital of olive oil’. Farmers have been growing Picual olives in Jaén for thousands of years.

Glug oil is made from 100% Picual olives harvested late in the season. They are cold-pressed to preserve their freshness and flavour. Glug promises ‘no blending and no funny business’ – just great oil at an affordable price.

About Glug

Glug was founded in 2023 by EVOO connoisseurs, Katia and Tom. Their mission is to get fresh, single origin olive oil into your kitchen. In their search for the perfect oil, they travelled to Andalusia in Spain. Here, they discovered the grassy, peppery flavour of Picual olive oil.

Glug sells two cold-pressed Spanish olive oils. One is for finishing and the other can be used for cooking. Their squeezy bottles and colourful tins look fantastic in your kitchen. They also make great gifts for food lovers.

Store it in a cool and dry place, away from heat and light.
