Edible Dried & Pressed Violas, 25 pieces Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Use edible dried and pressed violas to decorate cakes and ice cream. Or to finish squares of home-made marshmallow. The indigo and gold-flecked petals look stunning scattered across salads.

Paper thin and delicate, these beautiful flowers are semi-translucent. Use them to decorate the inside of tall sundae glasses. Or experiment freezing them in ice cubes.

Pressed flowers do not soak up liquid, and also float. Use them to garnish cocktails or scatter through a Champagne jelly.
