Michele Portoghese spaghetti is your secret weapon for speedy suppers. Toss the long, golden strands with tomato sauce or basil pesto. With just a few fresh ingredients, you can make a restaurant-worthy Italian meal.

Originating from southern Italy, spaghetti is one of the most popular pasta shapes. Michele Portoghese spaghetti is fantastic for carbonara, a Roman speciality. Eggs, guanciale and pecorino cheese create a silky sauce that coats the cooked pasta.

Michele Portoghese uses traditional pasta making methods passed down through generations. Extruded through bronze and slowly dried, their pasta has a slightly rough texture. This helps sauces to cling to the surface, so each bite is as delicious as the last.
