Clearance Virgin Peanut Oil, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Virgin peanut oil is full of flavour but light on the palate so it’s perfect for dressing simple salads. It has a subtle, mellow taste and the unmistakable aroma of roasted peanuts. It’s particularly popular in Chinese and South-east Asian cuisine. Add a drizzle to grilled chicken satay, fried rice and hot and cold noodle dishes. It also pairs well with roasted vegetables and dishes made with strong cheese.

This premium oil is made from chopped and roasted peanuts which are pressed for over two hours. This lengthy extraction process preserves the natural flavour and aroma of the nuts.
