Clearance Puglian Olive Oil with Mixed Herbs in Terracotta Bottle, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

This Puglian olive oil with mixed herbs is a balanced blend of Mediterranean herbs and Galantino’s finest rich Medio olive oil. This olive oil is smooth and fruity, with a peppery kick that is blended with aromas of mixed herbs. It offers notes of fresh basil, earthy thyme and fragrant sage and gently bitter oregano.

The olives in this oil originate from one of Italy’s oldest growing regions, and Galantino still use traditional cold-pressed methods that have passed down through generations. This balanced oil comes in a stunning hand-painted terracotta bottle with a striking design. It makes a wonderful gift to treasure long after you have finished the last drop.

Use this mixed herb oil to add perfectly balanced flavours to any salad dressing or vinaigrette, or drizzle over grilled meats or bowls of fresh pasta.

How to open

These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle’s cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
