Classic Olive Oil Reganas Crackers, 150g Spanish Ingredients|Snacks

Serve Perello’s classic olive oil crackers with hand-carved jamon, tinned fish and olives, just like they would in Spain. These crisp, lightly salted crackers are a great snack to enjoy with a glass of wine or a cold beer. They are made with extra virgin olive oil which gives them a rich, savoury flavour and an addictive crunch. Add them to your cheese board or serve with them hummus or baba ghanoush.

Regañás are traditional crackers from Andalucia. In southern Spain, they are often served at mealtimes in place of fresh bread. Cut and shaped by hand, the crunchy snacks are great with hard cheeses, olives and cured meats.
