Citron and Fennel Marmalade, 210g Italian Ingredients|Jam, Honey & Spreads

This Sicilian marmalade is made with citron, a fragrant citrus fruit. Donna Elvira pairs it with the aniseed notes of fennel, which grows wild on the island.

Made with natural ingredients, the marmalade has a bright and intriguing flavour. It’s sweet and citrusy with subtle notes of liquorice. You can spread it on toast or serve it as an accompaniment for cheese.

Add a dollop of citron-fennel marmalade to your vinaigrette. It’s the perfect way to dress a salad of rocket and finely sliced fennel. You can also add it to marinades and sauces for fish and seafood.

Donna Elvira marmalade is prized for its high fruit content. The bright, fresh flavours will delight your palate and make every breakfast special. Use them as a spread or an ingredient for baked goods and desserts.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
