Butter Shortbread With Guerande Sea Salt, 130g Ingredients Brands|Chocolate & Sweets

Filet Bleu shortbread is crisp and buttery with a salty tang from flakes of French sea salt. Take a bite and let the biscuit melt on your tongue to appreciate its delicate flavour. Enjoy these savoury biscuits as a snack or serve them with soft, creamy cheeses like Camembert or Reblochon.

Guérande salt flake is coarse and crunchy with a mild, long-lasting saltiness. It is harvested by hand in the salt marshes of Guérande, a historic walled town on the western coast of France.

About Filet Bleu

Filet Bleu began in 1919 when Henri Friant, a former sailor, and his wife Marie founded a biscuit factory in Pont L’Abbé in Brittany. In order to pay tribute to Breton sailors and their blue fishing nets, the company adopted the name Biscuiterie du Filet Bleu. Today, their biscuits are beloved across France and enjoyed all over the world.
