Best Three Peppercorns Mix, 250g Ingredients Brands|Herbs & Spices

Terre Exotique’s three peppercorns mix will give your grilled fish, meat and roasted vegetables a fiery kick. The hot blend combines three peppercorns:

• White Penja pepper from Cameroon with notes of musk
• Black Penja pepper from Cameroon with menthol flavours
• Freeze-dried green pepper from Madagascar with cool and spicy notes

Balancing spicy, strong and fresh peppers, this mix is great for everyday use – sprinkle over lemony spaghetti, crack over polenta chips, or use it to season homemade vegetable crisps.

This 250g bag is ideal for home and professional kitchens – the three peppercorns mix comes in opaque packaging, protecting it from light and preserving the fresh flavour, while the flat base makes it easy to store.

About Terre Exotique

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.

The company works closely with farmers to preserve natural habitats, and to ensure a sustainable income for local communities. Each spice is carefully packed in pouches – the opaque packaging preserves the flavours and aroma of your spice, by protecting them from sunlight. So the ingredients stay at their best for longer.
