Best Onsen Hot Sauce, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Sauces & Condiments

Drizzle Conbini Onsen hot sauce on fried eggs and instant noodles. Inspired by the heat of Japan’s hot springs, it has a spicy chilli kick. A small spoonful adds instant heat and umami to your dish.

This hot sauce is flavoured with garlic, ginger and rice vinegar. Gentle fermentation gives it a funky kick that gets your taste buds tingling. You can add it to marinades and stir fries or use it to liven up leftovers. It’s delicious on pizza and rice bowls topped with crispy chicken.

Try adding a splash of Onsen hot sauce to mayo or sour cream. It’s great in wraps or served as a dip for fries.
