Best Mochigome Sweet Rice, 2.27kg Ingredients Brands|Japanese Ingredients

Use this large bag of Hakubai Mochi sweet rice for sticky rice recipes, such as Japanese frozen mochi balls. Unlike other varieties of rice, mochi rice softens and becomes sticky when it is mixed with hot water, making it easier to pound into sticky paste.

Serve this sticky rice in a traditional thai dessert, with coconut milk and ripe mango.
