Best Fig and Almond Wedge, 250g Ingredients Brands|Spanish Ingredients

The De Juan fig and almond wedge is a soft and sliceable paste to complete your cheese board. This fig and almond wedge is sweet and rich with tart, chewy figs and a nutty crunch of almond. The subtle warm spices of cinnamon and star anise add a hint of warmth to tie in the sweet fruity flavours to savoury accompaniments like cheeses and charcuterie meats.

Wrapped in illustrated brown paper and string for a beautiful and rustic design, it also makes a wonderful gift.

Serve this wedge to accompany both soft and hard cheeses – thinly slice and combine on crackers for a beautiful sweetness to cut through rich, savoury flavour of cheese. Or serve alongside chutneys on a platter of cooked meats for an elegant finish.
