Best Camargue Salt, 100g French Ingredients|Herbs & Spices

Maison Bremond’s camargue salt is a staple salt of cooking in Southern France. Renowned as one of the best salt flowers in the world, this salt is harvested from the Camargue salt marshes, which stretch over 10,000 hectares of the Aigues-Mortes area. It has a pure flavour with a hint of sweetness.

Use this salt to season all kinds of sauces, stews and marinades, or complement the gentle sweetness in a salted caramel.
