Scrap Cooking Ganache Scraper Baking Supplies & Equipment

This ganache scraper gives cakes a smooth, professional finish. Use the flat surface to smooth marzipan, ganache and fondant icing. The scraper flattens bumps without marking the surface of your cake.

For bakery-quality results, pair the scraper with a turntable. This rotates your cake while you run the scraper around the edge. The scraper is also useful for spreading buttercream and other sponge cake fillings.

The scraper is made from food grade stainless steel. It’s durable, rust resistant and easy to clean after use. The ergonomic handle gives you excellent grip and control.

Wash in warm water before first use and then after each use. Dry thoroughly before storing.
