Outlet Les Forges Chef’s Knife Kitchen Knives

The Opinel Les Forgés chef’s knife has a curved blade and pointed tip. It’s a kitchen workhorse, ideal for slicing vegetables or chopping meat and fish. Use a rocking motion to effortlessly chop fresh herbs or garlic. The flat side of the blade is great for moving ingredients from board to pan.

The blade is made from a single piece of X50CrMoV15 steel. This type of steel is extremely hard-wearing and resistant to stains and corrosion. It’s beautifully balanced and retains its sharp edge over time.

The knife’s handle is made from durable beechwood. The sleek finish and dark brown hue gives it an elegant and luxurious look.
