Outlet Lagoa Vinaigrier, 2.5L Pickling, Preserving & Fermenting Jars

The Lagoa vinaigrier in a 2.5L lets you make your own vinegar at home in compact spaces! Just add wine or cider, and let your vinegar ferment in as little as 4 weeks. No matter your space, this smaller vinaigrier is perfect to start your fermenting journey.

The hand-glazed traditional ‘amphora’ style vinaigrier echoes those that have been used all around the Mediterranean for hundreds of years. The curved section in the wooden stand makes it easy to fit a bottle, jar or cup under the tap. The two handles on either side make it easy to pick up and store. It has a wooden tap to pour as much vinegar out as you need!

The interplay of deep blue-green and sandy glaze of the Lagoa ceramics shifts in the light and captures all the colours of a coastal landscape. Tree-covered cliffs, sandy beaches and multi-hued ocean. The darker handles and rim offer striking dues of terracotta.

This vinaigrier makes a wonderful gift for any chefs looking for their next kitchen project. It is a fun and practical gift that is also beautiful to display and to treasure.

Each vinaigrier is hand-glazed so designs may vary. It does not affect the quality of the product.
