Outlet Giusti Vermouth 17%, 750ml Ingredients Brands|Drinks

Take cocktail hour to the next level with Giuseppe Giusti vermouth. Ruby red and deeply aromatic, it’s produced by the oldest producers of balsamic in Modena.

This artisanal vermouth is made from a mixture of red and white wines. It is aromatised with 19 different botanicals including rosemary, lavender, thyme, black pepper and vanilla. Saba – cooked grape must – is used to sweeten the drink.

The vermouth is aged in barrels that once stored Giusti’s balsamic vinegar. This rounds out its flavour, creating a complex and aromatic fortified wine.

Serve Giuseppe Giusti vermouth over ice to appreciate its unique taste. The initial sweetness and acidity gives way to earthier notes and warm spices. You can lengthen it with soda water or use it to make a next-level Negroni.

About Giuseppe Giusti

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.

Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
