Outlet Alchimy Saucepan, 18cm French Ingredients|Pots & Pans

The De Buyer Alchimy saucepan 18cm combines centuries of kitchen expertise with cutting edge engineering – a fabulous pan for induction, and all other stovetops. Created with chefs in mind, the triple-layer design guarantees fast, even heat distribution and total control. De Buyer launched the Alchimy range in 2021 to mark their partnership with the Bocuse D’Or – the world’s most prestigious culinary competition.

Two layers of stainless steel sandwich an aluminium core, giving you the aesthetics of a traditional pan combined with extraordinary heat control. The pans are reactive and reliable, whether you’re rapidly boiling water for vegetables, or carefully heating sugar for a syrup. Plus, the great conductivity means your pan uses less energy as it heats up.

The saucepan has an ergonomic handle, cast from stainless steel and riveted to the pan for durability.

Useful volume marks on the inside of the pan mean you can measure out liquid and cook at the same time. With a brushed finish, this wok is a smart and practical kitchen addition.

100% French made, De Buyer’s pans are loved in both professional and home kitchens.
