Organic Curepipe Pink Peppercorn, 25g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Pink peppercorns have a sweet, floral flavour and peppery warmth. Use them whole or crushed to season, marinate and enhance delicate sauces.

Scatter pink peppercorns over seafood, salads and fresh cheeses. They add colour and a pleasing bitter note. In addition to savoury dishes, pink pepper is a great addition to sweet recipes. Pair it with white or milk chocolate in tarts and truffles.

Pink pepper is slightly milder than black pepper, so it’s perfect for fish and white meat. Add the colourful peppercorns to a butter sauce for scallops or lobster. It’s also delicious in potato dishes and silky scrambled eggs.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
