Online Sweet & Spicy Chilli Sauce, 300g Ingredients Brands|Korean Ingredients

Ajumma Republic’s sweet and spicy chilli sauce puts the classic combination of spicy chilli and sweet soy that is synonymous with Korean cuisine in condiment convenience. IT has a bold spicy flavour of red pepper flakes, combined with sugar, vinegar and garlic for a rich sweetness that offsets the warm heat. Red pepper powder is commonly used in Korean cooking (most frequently found in gochujang sauces) due to its earthy spice that adds a complexity of heat to recipes.

This sweet and spicy chilli sauce is a perfect addition to any hot sauce lover’s collection – drizzle over barbecued meats and vegetables, sandwich inside burgers or a spicy alternative to ketchup for chips and fried chicken. It also makes a great sweet and sauce sauce with a kick – just mix with rice vinegar and then stir fry with chicken or tofu for a flavour-packed meal in minutes.
