The ultimate on-on-the-go knife, Messermeister’s Adventure Chef maple folding chef’s knife is foldable, portable and compact for all outdoor cooking needs. This 16cm chef’s knife unfolds to a medium-sized 1.4116 stainless steel blade (8cm) that is ideal for chopping and slicing both meat and vegetables. Gut fish, chop wild mushrooms or slice grilled meat easily and safely.

This folding chef’s knife still offers the same premium quality Messermesister steel:

• It is made of a high carbon 1.4116 German stainless steel, and ranks 56-57 on the Rockwell hardness scale, which makes for a compact knife that still offers a powerful and controlled cut.
• The blade is hand-sharpened at a 15-degree angle for an even and sharp edge from heel to tip, which is fully protected when the knife is folded down.

Why Adventure Chef?

The Adventure Chef Range has been designed in collaboration with chef Adam Glick, taking inspiration from his outdoor cooking adventures and explorations.

The collection provides all the essentials for the travelling cook – compact and versatile tools that are durable with quality performance. Whether it’s fishing, campsite cooking, or a beach BBQ – enjoy food outdoors effortlessly with these full-size, foldable knives.

This kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash in warm water and avoid cleaners containing citrus and beach to protect the delicate wood. We advise you regularly oil the wood handle with food safe mineral or grapeseed oil to prevent splitting and protect the wooden finish.
