New Lana Silicone Dessert Mould Italian Ingredients|Baking Supplies & Equipment

Use Silikomart’s silicone Lana dessert mould to make striking multi-layered desserts. The shape of this flexible mould is a modern take on a classic Swiss roll. Create contemporary sponges, semi-freddo and mousse. This mould also features a thoughtfully designed internal border that gives your dessert a slightly rounded base.

Fill this flexible mould with layers of fruit gel, sponge cake and crème pâtissière. Once set, gently peel the silicone mould from the dessert to reveal a textured surface. The mould shape is striking, so keep your decoration simple with a dusting of icing sugar or spray finish.

This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.

Why choose silicone?

Silicone bakeware offers many advantages over stainless steel:

• Silicone offers greater stability and thermal resistance in comparison to metal moulds.
• Every mould is flexible – if it’s bent, it’ll regain its shape.
• The flexible design makes the moulds easy to store in even the smallest – and cluttered – of spaces.
• You can use silicone cookware up to temperatures of 230°C.
• Compared to metal and glass, silicone is virtually unbreakable!
• The moulds are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

About Silikomart

Italian-based Silikomart creates high-quality silicone moulds that make elegant patisserie. From éclairs to chocolate truffles and macarons, they combine eye-catching designs with precise production. This is bakeware you can trust to give you perfect results with every use.

Each silicone mould is treated by a thermal process lasting between 6-7 hours. This removes any potentially toxic residue. The post-curing process burns off the remaining chemicals, giving you an odourless, BPA-free mould to use time and time again.

All Silikomart products come in compostable packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity.
