New Fruit Salad Forged Santoku Knife, 16cm Kitchen Knives

This santoku knife is hand-forged from high carbon British steel. It’s a versatile all-rounder that can handle all kinds of kitchen tasks.

Santoku knives are the Japanese equivalent of a Western chef’s knife. The sharp steel blade is ideal for chopping, slicing and mincing. Plus, it’s powerful enough to handle tough vegetables like celeriac and squash.

Use this santoku knife to chop meat and vegetables for a stir fry. You can use the flat blade to scrape your board clean and transfer food to a pan.

The knife has an octagonal handle made from waste plastic. The plastic is washed, shredded and melted into the handle shape. The vibrant shades of pink, yellow and orange are reminiscent of fruit salad sweets. No two handles are the same, so each knife has its own unique pattern.

This santoku knife is handmade in Somerset, UK.

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
