New Freeze Dried Blackcurrant Whole, 100g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

ZingyZoo’s freeze dried blackcurrants are sweet and sour with a bright berry flavour. They’re a delicious alternative to sugary snacks and ideal for eating on the go. You can add dried blackcurrants to porridge or honey-drizzled yoghurt for a healthy breakfast or use them when baking muffins, scones and fruit cakes.

Produced without flavours or additives, the figs are washed, sliced and freeze-dried under a vacuum. This not only preserves their nutritional content but also their fruity flavour and vibrant colour.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal as soon as possible or transfer to an airtight container.
