New Cast Iron Skillet Pots & Pans

Finex cast iron skillet, by American brand, Lodge, is a unique octagonal shape. This means you can pour from the pan at any angle, making it ideal for draining away any cooking fat, pouring out deglazed juices, or decanting a caramel sauce into your serving jug.

Lodge is renowned for its quality cast iron, and the Finex range is a versatile addition to its designs. The unique, rounded stainless steel handles are comfortable to hold, and make this pan easy to move from oven to table.

Use this pan for searing meat, making crispy bacon or try baking pies or steaming vegetables.

Clean in warm soapy water, and avoid leaving to soak. Each time you cook, a patina of oil will build up – making this pan increasingly non-stick with every use. Try the Lodge Cast Iron Care Kit to get the best results from your new pan.
