Katto Chef’s Press, 15cm Food Smokers|Bbq & Smoking

Katto’s chef’s press is an essential kitchen tool for anyone who loves to grill. Place it on top of steaks, slices of aubergine or homemade burger patties for efficient, even cooking. The unique, octagonal steel press ensures full contact between your food and the cooking surface, so food cooks 20-30% quicker than normal. Use it to press down on pork chops, grilled cheese sandwiches and bacon for crispy, caramelised results.

The chef’s press measures 15cm in diameter and is forged, hammered and finished in the UK. Weighty and robust, it can be used on your hob or barbecue.
