Hot Single Varietal Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Guglielmi’s Peranzana extra virgin olive oil has a fruity flavour with a bitter-spicy undertone. Produced in Puglia, it is made exclusively with Peranzana olives which are native to the region. The olives are harvested in October and cold-pressed immediately to preserve their flavour.

Peranzana olive oil has an intense and bitter flavour that is perfectly mellowed with richer foods like cheese, steak, or spiced roast vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with seafood – try drizzling it over tartar, carpaccio or steamed white fish. When you pour it, you will notice a grassy aroma with notes of almond and artichoke.

This premium extra virgin olive oil is presented in a white bottle featuring a colourful illustration of the Puglian coastline. It is a fantastic addition to your olive oil collection and would make a great gift for any food lover.

This oil is part of Olio Guglielmi’s ‘Le Monocultivar’ range, which showcases three native Apulian olive varieties: Coratina, Ogliarola and Peranzana. The olives are pressed within two hours of harvesting, resulting in a premium quality extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavour. Each bottle is a celebration of the region’s culinary heritage.
